• Chair Covers with Colored Ties $4.00 each
• Table Centerpieces $15.00 to $25.00 per table
• Table Overlays $15.00 per table
• China, Flatware, Stemware, and Linens $3.50 per person
• Upgraded Silver/Gold Service $5.00 per person
• Colored or Specialty Linens, Tents, Canopies and Audio Visual Equipment at Current Market Rental Prices.

We will be happy to assist you in arranging any of your special needs.

We will not hold or guarantee a date without a signed contract and deposit.

In the event of a cancellation less than ninety days of your scheduled event a cancellation charge will apply in addition to the original deposit as outlined in your contract.
All cancellations must be received in writing.

Guaranteed guest count, final payment arrangements and all details of your function must be received (10) ten days prior to your event.

No Food or Beverage may be provided by client without prior approval from Arizona Elegant Catering.

Wedding cakes and special occasion cakes are provided by the client. We provide complimentary cake cutting service.

You will be financially responsible for any damage caused by you, your guests, or any contractors that you hire.

Food & beverage prices do not include an 18% service charge and 8.3% sales tax.
